Anthony Peter Laning, LL.B., a partner of the firm, is a commercial/property solicitor specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing, business acquisitions and dispositions, internal business structures such as partnership agreements and company constitutions, franchise agreements and commercial litigation.
Anthony was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 1998 and to the High Court of Australia in 1999.
Anthony is a member of the Commercial Law Committee of the Law Society of Tasmania.
In his spare time, Anthony enjoys sailboarding, skiing and scouting. |
