Richard GrueberPartnerRichard graduated from the University of Tasmania with a law degree in 1986 and has a post graduate qualification in business administaration . He has been a partner since 1998. Richard initially worked in commercial law, including a period lecturing in business law, before specialising in civil litigation in 1994. He advises a number of large Tasmanian unions and their members and regularly appears as counsel in civil courts and tribunals. He has particular interests in plaintiff personal injury claims arising from industrial and motor vehicle accidents, medical negligence, industrial and disciplinary matters and anti-discrimination law. Richard is a member of the Tasmanian Law Society and the Australian Lawyers Alliance . Outside the law, Richard's interests include tennis, trout fishing and motorcycling.
