Leigh Kathryn Mackey B.A. LL.B., a partner of the firm Ogilvie Jennings has been practicing since 1992 when she was admitted to the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the Commonwealth Federal and High Court.
Leigh specialises in personal injury litigation, particularly plaintiff work involving personal injury sustained at work, in motor vehicles, at public or private places and whilst undergoing treatment. A great deal of Leigh's professional time is devoted to workers' compensation cases (both State and Federal).
Leigh is the legal member of the Work Cover Board, an editor of the Tasmanian Legal Reports, a lecturer in workers compensation at the Legal Practice Course, a member of the Tasmanian Bar Association, the Medico Legal Association and the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association.
Leigh's extra curricular activities include travelling and diving. |
