Daphne joined the legal profession after a short stint in retail banking at the National Australia Bank and some experience in residential property investment.

Although Daphne’s practice has been Property focused, a big part of her practice is also estate planning and administration for her clients,

Daphne is able to assist clients with:

  • Property advice: Residential and commercial property conveyancing, including due diligence advice, property developments, subdivisions, boundary adjustments including drafting of Land Titles office documents.
  • General commercial advice: Sale and purchase of business, drafting and advice of residential and commercial leases.
  • Estate planning: Preparation of wills, testamentary trust, enduring powers of attorney and guardianships.

Daphne believes in good customer service and sensible commercial outcomes.

Daphne is a committee member of the Young Professionals Network of Tasmania and works part time as a Group Fitness Instructor. She is passionate about mental health awareness, enjoys traveling and would love to explore Tasmania’s backyard.
