Libby Saunders
Libby was admitted as a lawyer in 2014 and spent her first 12 months working as an Associate to a Supreme Court Judge. She then joined private practice in 2015, working predominantly in the area of family law.
Dealing with a relationship breakdown and navigating the family law process can often be an overwhelming and confusing time. Libby routinely appears in both the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia and aims to provide clear, common sense advice, in a timely manner.
No matter what stage of the process, Libby can provide advice on all aspects of family law, including divorce, parenting rights, property settlements, financial agreements and child support agreements.
She has experience in dealing with issues of family violence and can also assist with restraint order proceedings, as well as any other matters that may end up in the criminal list of the Magistrates Court.
