Georgia graduated from the University of Tasmania with a combined Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law with Honours in Law in 2014. Georgia completed the Tasmanian Legal Practice Course in 2015 was admitted to the Tasmanian Supreme Court and High Court of Australia in that same year. After a period clerking with the firm, Georgia commenced as a lawyer with Ogilvie Jennings in August 2015.

Georgia practices primarily in Family Law and Criminal Law. Georgia can provide advice and representation in relation to all aspects of Family Law including children’s matters, child protection, property settlements, spousal maintenance, Financial Agreements, child support, surrogacy, Hague Convention (child abduction) matters, and divorce. With respect to her Criminal Law practice, Georgia can provide advice and representation in relation to summary and indictable offences, restraint orders, family violence orders, and restricted driver licences. Georgia regularly appears in the Magistrates Court of Tasmania, Supreme Court of Tasmania, Federal Circuit Court of Australia and Family Court of Australia.

Georgia can also provide advice with respect to Anti-Discrimination matters, including claims pursued through Equal Opportunity Tasmania.

Georgia is member of Australia Lawyers for Human Rights and volunteers with their subcommittees. Georgia is also a volunteer solicitor for at the Hobart Community Legal Service.
